In the role we are seeking a dynamic and motivated Product Manager to join the team. The ideal candidate will be a team player with strong client relationship skills, capable of guiding clients through the product journey. You will play a crucial role in shaping the product offerings, driving market-driven strategies, and modernising existing solutions to meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and guiding them through the product life cycle.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning, ensuring our products remain relevant and innovative.
  • Utilise data to inform product decisions and validate assumptions, ensuring that insights drive product development.
  • Develop and maintain product road maps, aligning them with business goals and client requirements.
  • Create and adapt product specifications and documentation to meet the unique needs of clients while ensuring clarity and accessibility.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence product enhancements and modernisation of existing products.
  • Develop pricing models that reflect market trends and client expectations, ensuring profitability while delivering value.

Preferred Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager in the software industry, preferably in aviation or related fields.
  • Strong analytic skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building relationships.
  • Experience in developing product road maps and pricing strategies.
  • Familiarity with modern software development methodologies and tools.
  • Creative problem-solver with a passion for innovation and new technologies.
