Production Supervisor Dorchester 拢27,250 pa Reporting to Shift Controller 聽 Production Team Leader / Production Supervisor Role and Responsibilities 路Ensure that products are manufactured to specification maintaining the correct quality standard include p/w. 路Ensure that all of the required documentation/paperwork is completed and maintained to the required standard. 路Ensure that manufacturing targets are met and immediately report any condition that prevents targets being achieved. 路Follow the production schedule any deviation must be agreed with the Planner/Shift Controller 路Organise staff and resources to meet targets. 路Maintain GMP standards. 路Ensure that all of the team operates in a safe manner in accordance with the companies Health & Safety procedures, report any unsafe acts or conditions to a controller or manager. 路Report equipment failures to ensure timely resolution. 路Report under-performing personnel to the Shift Controller who will take action. 路Record and reduce where possible, highlight when waste high. 路Ensure that all re-work is dealt with on the day of manufacture. 路Liaise with the Shift Controller to ensure all of the above are met. 路Collect all p/w at shift end. 路Ensure operators cleaned down ready for handover. 聽 Production Team Leader / Production Supervisor Key skills Required 路Possesses Basic Food Hygiene. 路Able to use IT reporting systems. 路Understands company Health & Safety policy. 聽 Shifts are generally rotating 6am - 3pm / 2pm - 10pm, however flexibility is required 聽 Salary is 拢13.10 per hr 聽 overtime paid at 1.25 during the week, 1.5 at weekends 聽 Production Team Leader / Production Supervisor / Production TL / Production Line leader 聽
