Senior Project Manager

I am working with a leading UK building company who are on the look out for a Senior Project Manager based on site in Dorset.

I am looking for an individual who has experience working on projects of 10m+. Happy to manage a project team to reach completion within budget and time frame. Including labour and sub-contractors. Healthcare experience preferred, coordinating M&E services installations, controlling costs and variations.

Qualifications:
- BTEC: HNC Building Services
- BTEC: ONC Building Services
- CSCS Card
- SMSTS course
- BTEC: HND Building Services - Preferable
- Degree: BEng (Hons) Building Services Engineering - Preferable
