- End-to-end remit including supplier sourcing, SRM, and performance management
- Negotiating best value for money
- Inventory management, forecasting demand and market trends to purchase stock
- Identifying and implementing cost saving initiatives and continuous process improvements
What you'll need to succeed
- Hands-on Procurement experience within homeware i.e. dining, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom etc.
- Ability to analyse market trends and identify merchandising strategies
- Excellent communication, relationship building and stakeholder engagement skills - the right culture fit is crucial
- Proactive, flexible and adaptable, team player mentality
