Duties:

  • Creating detailed cost estimates for new site builds and tracking actual expenditures to ensure alignment with budgeted figures.
  • Establishing pricing for subbies and conducting evaluations to ensure competitive rates.
  • Comparing tenders submitted by subcontractors to identify the best value and suitability.
  • Reviewing measured quantities to validate subcontractor pricing against pre-established schedules of rates.
  • Extracting material quantities from project drawings for procurement purposes.
  • Contributing to the preparation of project tenders to support competitive bidding.
  • Assisting in developing monthly financial projections and cash flow analyses.
  • Maintaining comprehensive records and managing documentation related to subcontract agreements.
