Duties:

Creating detailed cost estimates for new site builds and tracking actual expenditures to ensure alignment with budgeted figures.
Establishing pricing for subbies and conducting evaluations to ensure competitive rates.
Comparing tenders submitted by subcontractors to identify the best value and suitability.
Reviewing measured quantities to validate subcontractor pricing against pre-established schedules of rates.
Extracting material quantities from project drawings for procurement purposes.
Contributing to the preparation of project tenders to support competitive bidding.
Assisting in developing monthly financial projections and cash flow analyses.
Maintaining comprehensive records and managing documentation related to subcontract agreements.
