- Answer calls and emails from a variety of stakeholders, including parents, contractors, schools, and passenger assistants.
- Liaise with both internal and external parties to coordinate and resolve transport-related queries.
- Use Microsoft Office, Teams, and other internal software applications for day-to-day tasks.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of all activities.
- Conduct route evaluations using mapping software to assess the suitability of transport routes.
- Handle initial complaints and escalate more complex issues to senior team members.
- Organise route cover for Passenger Assistants and ensure smooth service delivery.
- BTEC National Certificate, NVQ Level 3, or equivalent qualifications.
- Experience with office tasks, data analysis, and IT systems, with knowledge of health and safety practices.
- Strong communication skills, the ability to meet deadlines, and good problem-solving abilities.
