Highly exciting opportunity to manage a brand new, premium, luxury care home in the Dorchester area. You will oversee all aspects of the management of this amazing care home including managing the staff recruitment and training. As care home manager you will ensure the best care is delivered at all times and you will ensure the care home is compliant with CQC legislation.

This is one of the very best homes in the Dorset area. It is architecturally stunning and the providers wish to provide 5 star, luxury, hotel level care to elderly residents. No expense has been spared to create a wonderful environment for older residents. The home is a residential home with exceptional facilities such as pub and restaurants.

My client seeks a personable, friendly, and caring Manager with a stable background and strong knowledge of elderly care.
You will have full responsibility for the home this will include hiring new staff, overseeing training and home promotion. You will ensure compliance with CQC standards and liaise effectively with CQC Inspectors. Candidates should display solid business skills including successfully filling beds and developing the homes profile within the local community.

The successful candidate will be:
- Experienced care home manager / registered manager
- Strong elderly care experience
- Knowledge of quality standards
- CQC legislation knowledge
- Home promotion skills
- Strong planning and organisational skills
- Good communication skills

Ideal candidates should have held one of the following job titles: Care Home Manager, Home Manager, Registered Manager, Nursing Home Manager, Care Manager, Residential Home Manager, Area Manager, Operations Manager, Peripatetic Manager.
