  • Maintain registration with Social Work England and adhere to professional standards.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of children’s needs and create impactful care plans.

  • Prepare detailed reports for court and professional meetings, presenting as required.

What We’re Looking For:We have opportunities at various levels:Social Worker Level 1 (Entry/ASYE)Relevant qualification in social work and registration with Social Work England.Ability to undertake and complete the Assessed and Supported Year in Employment (ASYE).Social Worker Level 2 (Post-ASYE)Completed ASYE with demonstrated skills in statutory assessments and planning.Experience working collaboratively with families, carers, and other professionals.Experienced Social Worker Level 3Proven experience in statutory children’s services and safeguarding practices.Ability to mentor less experienced staff and support their development.Knowledge of the Children’s Social Worker Framework and the ability to apply it in practice.Essential Skills and Attributes:
  • Strong communication, assessment, and analytical skills.Ability to manage a diverse caseload and work under pressure.
