- Providing mentorship to members of the Software & Systems team to enhance their proficiency in advanced LabVIEW skills.
- Capturing and refining complex software requirements for client facing projects (e.g. UMS, UMSI).
- Providing technical product support to Clients.
- Collaborating with internal departments troubleshooting and resolving issues, as well as innovating new features.
- Writing technical software documentation (e.g. user guides, design documents).
