We are seeking a skilled SharePoint Modern Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining SharePoint solutions that enhance our business processes and productivity. You will work closely with various departments to understand their needs and implement solutions that improve collaboration and information management. Experience within the Higher Education sector would be beneficial but isn't essential.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement SharePoint Modern-based solutions.
- Customize and extend SharePoint functionality by configuring web parts and building custom workflows.
- Analyse user requirements and business needs to create effective SharePoint solutions.
- Test, debug, and deploy SharePoint applications to ensure their functionality and performance.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and secure.
- Create technical documentation and user guides for new systems or updates.
- Provide end-user training and support.
- Stay updated with SharePoint updates and new technologies and recommend their adoption where appropriate.
- Knowledge transfer to, and collaboration with, internal technical teams
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a SharePoint Developer or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of SharePoint platform and its capabilities.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and jQuery.
- Experience with SharePoint Designer, InfoPath, Web Parts, and workflow creation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
