Due to continued growth, a well-established engineering organisation are looking to hire a Software Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis. The primary function of the role is to aid in the development of a high-tech range of new products and technologies.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing backend software for high-tech products and systems, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and efficiency.
  • Utilising advanced functionality to achieve precise motion control and integrating with the latest fieldbus networks for real-time data transfer.
  • Collecting and processing data from sources such as vision systems, mathematical modelling & simulation, and hardware & software integrations.
  • Working closely with the research and development teams to define software requirements, specifications, and system architecture.

To be considered for this position, candidates need to have proven experience in developing software in C#. In addition, it would be advantageous to have experience in robotics and/or automation, and hold a degree in software development, electronic engineering, or a similar field.
