I am seeking a Java Software Engineer for a permanent position in the Commercial Marine & Marine Defence sectors.
The role requires solid UML Object Oriented design skills and experience with safety critical full lifecycle Java or JavaFX software.
Candidates should have a background in a highly regulated industry and knowledge of DEF STAN 00-56 & IEC 61508 is advantageous.
Essential skills include proficiency in Java or JavaFX, experience with NetBeans or other IDEs, and UML or Enterprise Architect for design pattern modeling.
The position offers a salary of £45,000 to £55,000 and requires a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

I seek a Java Software Engineer to work on a permanent basis within the Commercial Marine & Marine Defence sectors. Solid UML Object Orientated design skills are essential for this role.

Working with safety critical full lifecycle Java or JavaFX software is a pre requisite for this role.

UML modelling to derive / decompose software requirements and produce software architectural designs such as Use cases, domain model, class diagrams, sequence diagrams.

The ideal candidate will be versed in Java / JavaFX and come from a highly regulated industry background. Knowledge of DEF STAN 00-56 & IEC 61508 or equivalent is a distinct advantage.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS
