- Manage supplier relationships and evaluation, negotiating for best VFM
- Analysing sales and market data to identify trends to develop category strategies
- Developing strategies to enhance the customer experience
- Analysing key metrics to identify sourcing gaps, develop and implement strategies to improve category performance
- Fostering strong relationships with company-wide stakeholders
What you'll need to succeed
- Hands-on Procurement experience within homeware i.e. dining, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom etc.
- Ability to analyse market trends and data to develop category strategies
- Excellent communication, relationship building and stakeholder engagement skills - the right culture fit is crucial
- Proactive, flexible and adaptable, attention to detail, team player mentality (willing to help and mentor team members)
