Admin Coordinator

Dorking | £25,000 + Bonus (DOE)

Our client is expanding and looking for a bright, motivated Admin Coordinator to join their growing team. If you're ready to take on a varied and rewarding role within a supportive and dynamic environment—this could be the perfect opportunity!

What You’ll Be Doing

As the Admin Coordinator, you’ll play a vital part in supporting the team with day-to-day operations, helping everything stay on track:

  • Organising and attending meetings, taking clear and concise minutes

  • Writing agendas and compiling reports for Managers

  • Updating calendars, flagging key dates and upcoming events

  • Scheduling tasks and meetings efficiently

  • Following up on action points and providing ad hoc team support

  • Managing daily, weekly, and annual admin tasks

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone who is not only super organised but confident communicating across all levels of a business:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ office experience

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal

  • Comfortable working with senior team members

  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Adaptable, hardworking, and eager to learn

  • Educated to a good level
