Cedar is recruiting for a Compliance Advisor for a reputable Insurance company based in Dorking who can bring expertise, integrity, and a collaborative attitude to help ensure they are meeting the highest standards for their clients and supporting positive outcomes across the board.

About the Role

In this role, you will provide regulatory guidance and business support, helping to create a culture focused on Conduct Risk and Customer Outcomes. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the Compliance Mailbox and responding promptly to regulatory queries.
  • Partnering across teams to ensure activities meet FCA and PRA compliance standards.
  • Maintaining high standards in Information Security by identifying and mitigating potential risks.

About You

We're looking for someone with:

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills across various levels.
  • Background in compliance audit or experience in a regulated sales environment.
  • A solid understanding of the UK financial regulatory landscape.
