Job Title: Senior Architect

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000
This is a fantastic opportunity to join an experienced practice who provide architectural and surveying services to the residential and commercial sectors for over 30 years. They are on the lookout for a talented Senior Architect to hit the ground running for their Dorking studio.
To be successful in applying for the role of Senior Architect, you will need to be an ARB registered Architect, with significant post qualification experience within a UK practice. The individual will require experience leading on projects across a broad range of sectors, as well as being able to demonstrate proficiency with industry standard software such as Revit and AutoCAD.

Skills, experience, and responsibilities for the role of Senior Architect:
- Successfully completed your RIBA part 3 qualification
- Significant post qualification experience within a UK practice
- ARB registered
- Proficient with Revit and AutoCAD
- Experience working across a broad range of sectors such as residential, commercial, and leisure
- Experience of job running
- Experience working across all RIBA stages
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Full UK Drivers licence
