NEW YEAR - NEW JOB? Credit Control job - January 2025 start Your new role: You will be joining an award-winning, global business, initially on a six-month fixed-term contract. There is a potential for this contract to be extended, or to become permanent inline with the correct candidate and needs of the business. Working as part of a small team of credit controllers, you will be jointly responsible for managing the debt collection process and helping to ensure the smooth running of customer accounts. Duties will include:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers
- Proactive debt collection
- Running credit checks
- Chasing payments by telephone, email and letter
- Working closely with the sales teams to resolve queries and disputes
- Making sure that customer invoices are accurate
What you'll need to succeedYou will be an experienced credit controller, who lives within an easy commute to Dorking, Surrey. You will have a proven track record of managing a ledger of accounts, building solid relationships with customers and having a positive impact on aged debt. Billing and multi-currency experience are both highly desirable. You will be immediately available (or on a week's notice) and be ready to start a new role in January 2025.
