Credit Controller, Dorking – International Bicycle Manufacturer, £35,000 plus Top quality bicycle!!

Location: Dorking (walking distance from the station, excellent transport links, and ample parking available)

About the Role: This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking company with a strong, positive culture. As a Credit Controller, you will be responsible for maintaining customer accounts, chasing overdue debts, and supporting the smooth running of the Credit Control department. Reporting to the EMEA FP&A team, you’ll have the chance to work in a hybrid environment, with three days in the office and two days working remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

Chase overdue retailer debts via phone, email, and letters
Flag and resolve any outstanding queries
Review aged debt daily and manage DSO (Days Sales Outstanding)
Build strong relationships with customers and manage your own set of accounts
Open new accounts and perform full credit checks
Post receipts to ledgers and ensure accurate customer records are maintained
Contribute to the efficiency of the Credit Control function

The ideal candidate will have:

Previous experience in a Credit Control role
Proven ability to build relationships and manage outstanding debt
Excellent communication skills at all levels
A proactive and organized approach to managing your workload
