Job specification:
- Meet and greet customers using exceptional customer service.
- Book appointments.
- First point of contact for complaints, queries and feedback.
- Complete general administrative tasks.
Person specification:
- Experience in similar role is preferred but not essential.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Comfortable working as part of a team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
