Job Opportunity
My client in the Dorking area is looking for a Body Shop Advisor to look after the customer service and back-of-house duties for this family run business. You will require all the customer service skills you would expect, as well as being computer literate and comfortable on the phone. The most important skillset you will possess is being very organized, as this role will require it! Other duties may be required including customer and courtesy car vehicle inspections. Responsibilities
- Taking customer bookings
- Liaise with insurance companies, workshop staff and management
- Deal with phone, email and in person enquiries
- Daily use of job cards
- Correct filing and completion of paperwork
Qualifications
- Experience in the automotive Body Shop sector preferred
- Motor trade service advisor experience
- Competent and organized on the admin side
Salary and Benefits
- Basic salary to £30k + Bonus
- Monday to Friday 8am - 530pm, 1 in 4 Sats 8-12
- Family business
