Job specification:

  • Provide general administrative support.
  • Process manual orders across all platforms, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Input data into the daily order tracker and capture performance metrics.
  • Handle customer service enquiries and escalate issues where necessary.
  • Attend and take minutes for key meetings.
  • Assist with uploads, enhancing the current catalogue with updated images, videos, and additional content.
  • Maintain logs to ensure platform utilisation is optimised.
  • Support in onboarding new customers, assisting with administration and business support tasks.
  • Complete new line forms for customer setup.

Person specification:

  • Strong IT skills, particularly Excel and MS Office.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to process data accurately.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
  • Solid understanding of digital platforms and content management systems.
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • Confident in taking notes in meetings and following up on action points.
  • A proactive attitude, willing to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
