As a Deputy Ward Manageryou will:

  • Assist in the clinical development of the ward by managing staff and monitoring clinical standards.
  • Work closely with the Ward Manager to achieve targets and deliver high-quality patient care.
  • Coordinate the quality and management of nursing care, patient care, and the clinical environment.
  • Participate fully with the multidisciplinary team and undertake direct patient care.
  • Manage and direct the delivery of clinical services within a ward or unit, ensuring compliance with regulations and quality standards.
