As a Deputy Ward Manageryou will:
- Assist in the clinical development of the ward by managing staff and monitoring clinical standards.
- Work closely with the Ward Manager to achieve targets and deliver high-quality patient care.
- Coordinate the quality and management of nursing care, patient care, and the clinical environment.
- Participate fully with the multidisciplinary team and undertake direct patient care.
- Manage and direct the delivery of clinical services within a ward or unit, ensuring compliance with regulations and quality standards.
