Role

As a Tenancy Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring all documentation for the Lettings team are prepared correctly to ensure that Tenancy, Renewals and general documentation are progressed smoothly.

Job Description

  • Checking references and drafting agreements using Goodlord.
  • Chasing outstanding documents required to let a property.
  • Keeping prospective tenants and landlord updated regularly in the lettings process.
  • Rent collecting.
  • Rent reviews.
  • Renewal documents.
  • Variation documents.
  • General support and assistance within your team and the department.
  • Checking of compliance and safety related certificate

Experience

The role would ideally suit someone with one to more years in the industry, with a broad knowledge of Lettings and relevant legislation relating to the necessary associated paperwork they will be required to process.

Skills & Attributes

The ideal applicant will have/be:

  • Excellent typing skills are essential
  • Grammar and proof reading skills
  • Organised and self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure as the need arises
  • Ability to use own initiative and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent IT skills including: Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Good customer relations and communication skills
  • Team player
