Warranty Coordinator 12-month FTC

Location: Dorking

Salary: Up to £30,000

Monday- Friday

Our client, a global manufacturer based in Dorking is looking for a Warranty Coordinator to join their team. You will be a valued part of the ever-growing team and become part of a long-standing successful business.

Duties:

  • Processing of warranty claims and customer complaints from first arrival to completion.
  • Customer contact for updates.
  • Participate in cross functional teams in pursuing corrective actions in product quality.
  • Handling customer queries about warranty cover & terms and conditions.
  • To progress cost recovery of defective Material from suppliers including managing the return process from customers, distributors and service centres.
  • Willingly carry out any other duties deemed appropriate by the company.

Desirable Attributes:

  • The ability to work within a friendly team.
  • Experience within a manufacturer
  • Experience using SAP software an advantage
  • Experience of working in a coordinator type role.
  • A willingness to get involved and take responsibility.
