Are you a Health & Safety expert with experience in fast-paced manufacturing environments? Do you have a strong background in ISO 45001 implementation and compliance? We are looking for an Interim Health & Safety Manager to join our automotive manufacturing facility and lead our health and safety efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with senior management to oversea all Health and Safety compliance and continuous improvement within a design and manufacturing facility running ISO 45001 standard.
- Conduct risk assessments, audits, and inspections to ensure a safe working environment.
- Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
- Develop and deliver safety training programs across all levels of the organisation.
- Collaborate with external auditors, regulatory bodies, and internal teams to drive safety performance.
What We're Looking For:
- NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent in Occupational Health & Safety.
- Proven experience in a health and safety management role within automotive or manufacturing industries.
- Expertise in ISO 45001 standards, including auditing and implementation.
- Strong leadership, communication, and risk management skills.
