The role is a mixture of HR responsibilities, It is based on the outskirts of Dorking with a working week of 37.5 hours Monday to Friday. Outskirts of Dorking
Salary £28.00 - £35.000 pa depending on experience
Human Resources
- Recruitment and onboarding management
- Issue job offers and contracts of employment; conducting inductions, setting up new employee’s and the reverse process for leavers
- Manage and advise other Managers on various aspects of employment policies
- Advise and coach Managers on correct procedures when dealing with disciplinary issues and attend hearings
- Update Code of Practice and implementation of employment related policies and procedures
- Administration of the Company Income Protection and Life Assurance policies
- Responsible for compliance with GDPR
