This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced IT Support Engineer to join a well established IT consultancy in the Dorking area of Surrey. This role is paying £40,000 and will be entirely office based.

My client is looking for a confident and outgoing IT Support Analyst to join the team of 8 Technical Analysts providing a combination of internal support and some customer support.

Working on a busy IT Service Desk you will be providing remote support to a wide range of SME customers across the UK, as well as providing internal software & hardware support.

To be considered for this position you will have previous experience with:

  • Active Directory & Azure AD
  • Windows Server & Windows 10
  • Office 365 – Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint & Exchange Online
  • VMWare vSphere
  • Veeam Backup

This will be an excellent opportunity for you to widen your skill set and to work with the latest cutting edge technology. In addition to providing IT support, you will get involved with asset management, compliance, Cyber Essentials, and pen testing.

My client is based in the Dorking area of Surrey and role is Monday to Friday 9-5:30 in the office. They have onsite car parking facilities as they are not accessible via public transport.
