Trainee Claims Handler

As a Trainee Claims Handler, you'll manage a select number of cases as you build your portfolio. Through hands-on training, you'll learn the ins and outs of investigating, negotiating, and settling claims.

Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am-5pmSalary: £21,500 + regular pay raises and bonuses

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicating effectively with customers and third parties by email and phone
  • Supporting the team to ensure all claims are processed in a timely manner
  • Updating and maintaining accurate records for each claim
  • Collaborating with colleagues to drive team success
