We have an exciting opportunity to join our client, a well-known name in their field, in their policies team.

Once trained, this role will see you speaking to customers who are wanting to make a change to their policies. You will provide outstanding customer service making the process as easy as possible for them and then handle all administration that follows.

Duties will include:

  • Liaising with customers and third parties via telephone, email and live chat
  • Completing all administration for New Business, Mid-Term Adjustments, Renewals, Cancellations and Lapses policies.
  • Investigating data discrepancies and raising requests where necessary.
  • Handle any policy queries or concerns from internal colleagues.
  • Working closely with team members to ensure overall team success.

Ideal candidate will:

  • Have great interpersonal skills, and be able to build strong long-lasting client relationships
  • Have a positive and enthusiastic approach to work
  • Keen on self-development with the willingness and want to learn
  • Good computer, literacy and numeracy skills
  • Office experience and use of a telephone in a professional setting is desirable
