Brief

WorkingwiththeWarehouse Supervisor, takingresponsibilityforthesafeandtimely completion ofphysicalInventory counts andtheassociated administrativeactivities by following relevantdocumentedprocesses/procedures. Maintaininventoryrecordsonthecompany ERP system.

MainDuties

  • CompletionofInventorycountsincludingphysicalcountingofmaterials,documentingcount results,andenteringcountresultsintothecompanyERP system.
  • Posting Inventory differences uptoauthorisedvalueandinvestigatingcausesfordifferences.Escalating anyissues thatcould accountfordifferences.Support Inventory counting compliance auditsasrequired.
  • Ownershipofdaily/weekly administrationtargets,managing issues andtakingactionsthat positivelyimpacttargetachievement.Escalation ofissues thatcannot beresolved withinthejob holder's area ofcontrol.
  • EnsuredepartmentalKPl's(Keyperformance indicators)aremeasuredandreported.
  • Supportinginternal/externalauditsrelatingto Inventorycounts.
  • Willinglyperformanyotherdutiesdeemedappropriatebythecompany.

OtherRequirements

  • Mustbecomputerliterate withMicrosoftOffice softwareincluding Outlook,Excel, andWord. Withcapabilitytoproducebasicspreadsheets,documentationtosupportdepartmental operationsandbeabletocommunicateeffectivelyusingEmail.
  • IdeallyexperiencewithusingSAPERP/WM system.
  • Ideallyhaveminimumof2years ERPsystemexperience inaWarehouse environment focused on inventory management witha goodunderstanding ofwarehouse stock reporting and Inventory counting.
