What Will I Be Doing?
As the Social and Content Lead, you will:
- Drive the organic social strategy across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest.
- Craft engaging, imaginative content for social media, emails, and marketing materials.
- Collaborate with influencers, journalists, and content creators to amplify brand reach.
- Analyse social media performance to refine and optimise strategies.
- Host webinars and build an active, loyal online community.
What Experience Do I Need?
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and community building.
- A passion for storytelling and travel, with a flair for connecting with diverse audiences.
- Strong strategic thinking, with the ability to use data-driven insights to enhance performance.
- Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Hootsuite).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
What Else Do I Need to Know?
Location: Hybrid working, with 2 days per week in the incredible Dorking office.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm.
Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum.
