We are seeking a skilled Injection Moulding Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team on a rolling shift pattern.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of injection moulding machines to produce high-quality components. This role requires a keen attention to detail, strong mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to safety and quality standards.

You will also have your own transport and a valid driving licence.

Injection Moulding Machine Operator Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate injection moulding machines
  • Conduct regular quality checks on products and adjust machine settings
  • Monitor machine performance and identify and troubleshoot any issues that may arise
  • Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines to ensure optimum performance
  • Liaise with the Tool Room and Quality control departments

Injection Moulding Machine Operator Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Injection Moulding Machine Operator or similar role
  • Thin wall injection moulding experience
  • Experience working with Plastics, PC or TPE materials
  • Knowledge of injection moulding processes, machine operation and troubleshooting techniques
  • Ability to interpret technical documents and blueprints
  • Experience of clean room operations

Injection Moulding Machine Operator Working Hours:

  • Week 1 will be 6am till 2:30pm
  • Week 2 will be 8am till 4:30pm
  • Week 3 will be 1:30pm till 10pm
