As an aspiring prison officer, you will be responsible for overseeing the well-being, safety, and development of young individuals with SEN and challenging behaviour in the classroom.. You will play a vital role in creating a secure and supportive learning environment, helping these young individuals to improve their behaviour, build life skills, and make positive changes in their lives.
Key Responsibilities of an aspiring prison officer- Dorking:
- Supervise and support young individuals with SEN in a classroom setting, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Assist in managing challenging behaviour through de-escalation techniques and creating structured routines.
- Promote positive relationships and communication with young people, encouraging their personal development.

- Be vigilant and proactive in maintaining the security of the environment, following all safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate records of activities, incidents, and observations.
