Job specification:

  • Working on multiple exhibitions in specialist sectors.
  • Managing targeted LinkedIn campaigns
  • Contacting senior decision makers
  • Making appointments for the sales team (both virtual and face to face)
  • Building and managing an evolving list of potential exhibiting companies.
  • Maintain and update the company CRM system.

Person specification:

  • Proven experience in a telephone-based or face-to-face commercial sales role
  • Bright and ambitious trainee will also be considered
  • Strong communication skills (written, verbal, email).
  • Team player
  • Highly organised, self-motivated, with the initiative and ability to work independently
  • Comfortable engaging with senior decision-makers, CEOs, and Presidents.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and adept at using social media platforms (such as LinkedIn and Xing) to connect with relevant prospects.
