- Manage transitions of new and existing property developments, including key management, handovers, and documentation oversight.
- Handle all aspects of property-related insurance administration including buildings, D&O, liability, and engineering.
- Coordinate insurance renewals and maintain claims logs.
- Perform Company Secretarial duties including Companies House filings and updates on shareholdings.
- Oversee financial administration, including coordination of year-end accounts with accountants, distribution of financial reports to stakeholders, and filing for Companies House.
- Organise and administer Annual General Meetings and other tenant/general meetings.
- Process Section 20 statutory notices and related communications.
- Handle sales enquiries and property transfers, managing post-sale documentation and maintaining property records.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Keen attention to detail, especially with legal and financial documentation.
- Proficiency in administrative systems, record-keeping, and standard office software including property management systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.
- Knowledge of property management and company secretarial procedures is desirable, as is experience with Companies House filings and regulatory compliance.
- Strong customer service orientation and the ability to handle confidential information professionally.
