Tenancy Coordinator – Dorking

Salary £27,000PA. Full Time / Monday - Friday role Are you an experienced lettings professional with a passion for delivering excellent service? This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive and dynamic team as a Tenancy Coordinator in Dorking. In this role, you will oversee the lettings process from start to finish, ensuring exceptional service for both landlords and tenants while managing key aspects of the tenancy journey. Key Responsibilities

  • Managing references and drafting agreements using Goodlord.
  • Chasing outstanding documents and keeping all parties updated throughout the lettings process.
  • Overseeing rent collection, rent reviews, and tenancy renewals.
  • Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and related certificates.
  • Providing general support to your team and department.
