Role Overview: As an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in the financial management and success of their projects. You will work closely with the project team to ensure efficient cost control, contract administration, and project delivery within budget and time constraints.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting feasibility studies and cost estimates
  • Preparing, negotiating, and analyzing tenders and contracts
  • Managing project budgets and advising on cost management
  • Conducting risk and value management assessments
  • Overseeing financial progress and providing accurate reports
  • Liaising with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
  • Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations

Qualifications:

  • A day release or undertaking a Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field
  • Proven experience as an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry
  • Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks
