Senior Lettings Negotiator

Are you a dynamic and driven individual with a passion for property? We’re on the lookout for a Senior Lettings Negotiator to join a lettings team! If you have experience in the property market, love building relationships, and excel at negotiation, this may be an ideal role you.

In this job, you'll be delivering top-notch service to clients while using your expert communication skills to match potential tenants to available properties and coordinate viewings, negotiate tenancy agreements, and proactively seek new property opportunities. Experience with Reapit or similar software is a plus, and a valid driving license is a must.

Senior Lettings Negotiator Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with the Assistant Branch Manager on upcoming properties and market strategies.
  • Keeping landlords informed on feedback, marketing trends, and potential price adjustments.
  • Collaborating with the Assistant Branch Manager to focus on business growth and attract new landlords.
  • Assisting the Property Management team with arranging property works, inspections, and landlord communications.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of lettings compliance, legislation, and local market trends.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team, with flexibility across branches.
  • UK Drivers License
