Vacancy: COMMERCIAL PROPERTY MANAGER- Residential Lettings Agency
Location: Dorking, RH4
Salary: £40k
Position: Permanent - Full Time
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager for an established professional property company with offices in Dorking.
You will manage a portfolio of commercial properties and as such will require various skills in client contact, property management, rent collection, repairs and maintenance, accounting, as well as negotiating and interpreting leases, renewals, rent reviews and licences.
A proven background in commercial property would be beneficial in addition to qualifications within property or surveying.
The Company: Our client is a market leading Independent Sales and Lettings agency, with an excellent reputation and several local offices in and around the Surrey area.
Skills required for this Commercial Property Managerrole will include:
- Experience in Commercial Property Management
- High standard of written and spoken English
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Exceptional communication skills
- Full clean UK driving license
