Job Title: Property Manager (commercial)
Location: Dorking
Salary: £42,000 DOE
The Role
We are seeking a Property Manager to join the Commercial Property team at a property consultancy in their Dorking office.
The Company
This company is a well established property consultancy with a number of offices across Surrey and offer a number on services such as sales & lettings, town planning, block & estate management, acquisitions, lease & rent renewals, valuations and more. They operate in both commercial and residential properties.
The role will require
- Be the primary point of contact for tenants
- Conduct tenant screening
- Oversee maintenance programs
- Management of service providers
- Conduct property inspections and detailed reports
- Organise and coordinate repairs and ensure all work is carried out to agreed standards
- Liaise with utility providers, landlords and tenants
- Manage property budgets
- Track and ensure the collection of rent and other payments are on time
- Produce financial reports
- Identify and implement cost saving options
- Manage lease information and record accordingly
- Enforce leased terms when and where appropriate
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- Commercial property management experience
- Strong knowledge of the local region
- Full UK driving license and own vehicle
Salary & Benefits

- Mon – Fri
- 9am – 5:30pm
