We're seeking qualified teachers who are confident delivering their subject up to GCSE level. SEN experience is desirable, but not essential-what matters most is compassion, creativity, and a student-centred approach. You'll play a key role in building routines, curriculum, and culture alongside an experienced, supportive team.

  • Personal Development Lead (PSHE / Life Skills)

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in PSHE, life skills, or personal development. QTS is not required-ideal for someone with a background in youth work, wellbeing, or SEND support. You'll be helping young people build independence, resilience, and real-world skills.
