Key Responsibilities of a SEN Teaching Assistant - Psychology Graduate- Dorking:
- Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with SEN
- Assist in implementing personalized learning plans, adapting materials as needed
- Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment
- Help track students' progress and offer feedback to teachers
- Work closely with the SENCo and other staff to ensure effective learning strategies
Qualifications & Skills of a SEN Teaching Assistant - Psychology Graduate- Dorking:
- A degree in Psychology (or related field)
- Experience with SEN students is a plus, but not essential
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
