- Based in Dorking
- Up to £45,000 salary (DOE)
- Hybrid (2 days WFH)
- Monday - Friday, 9am - 5:30pm

Job Description:
- Managing the helpdesk
- Dealing with end users and engineers
- Handling suppliers and sub-contractors
- Updating our CRM and helpdesk systems
- Collating and sending reports
- Responsible for ordering equipment for project
- Managing engineers’ diaries and coordinating their timetables
- Monitoring projects and ensuring they are running smoothly
Person Specification:
- Previous experience in a similar role is essential
- Knowledge of the IT industry
- Organised with a can-do attitude
- Excellent communication skills
