We are looking for a motivated Activities Coordinator to join our Older People Services team. You will plan and deliver a range of therapeutic and engaging activities tailored to our service users’ needs, providing both mental and physical stimulation. Your responsibilities will include organising indoor activities, outings, and one-to-one sessions, while ensuring all activities align with individual care plans.

The role involves flexibility with some evening and weekend shifts and requires collaboration with colleagues to maintain high standards of care. You will also contribute to our Christian ethos by leading worship and prayer sessions in line with CrossReach policy.

Ideally, you should have or be willing to achieve an SVQ 3 in Social Care, be self-motivated, and understand activities suited to older people. Basic computer skills are necessary, and a Christian faith is required under the Equality Act 2010. The role also requires membership in the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme and registration with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC).
