The Old Lodge, set in the tranquil Boquhan Estate near Kippen, provides intensive, one-to-one support for up to three children and young people aged 8 to early twenties. Offering a safe and homely environment, the service helps those who have faced significant challenges to heal and grow through a trauma-informed, relational approach.

Working closely with families and local authorities, The Old Lodge tailors support to each individual, fostering stability, trust, and positive outcomes. Joining this dedicated team means contributing to a service that transforms lives, helping young people build brighter futures.

As a Team Leader in our Children & Family Services, you’ll lead with compassion and purpose, guiding a dedicated team across community-based houses. Working closely with the Service Leader, you’ll ensure that children and young people receive care that meets their needs, promotes their strengths, and helps them thrive. Through positive relationships and a nurturing approach, you’ll create a safe, supportive environment where they can feel valued and included.

This role blends leadership and hands-on support, managing care plans, mentoring staff, and ensuring high standards of service.
