- Financial Reporting - Preparing accurate financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, and ensuring they comply with accounting standards.
- Budgeting and Forecasting - Developing and maintaining budgets, forecasting financial performance, and providing variance analysis to understand deviations from the budget.
- Cash Flow Management - Monitoring cash flow to ensure the business can meet its financial obligations, managing working capital, and optimising liquidity.
- Stakeholder Communication - Communicating financial information to stakeholders, including the management team, board of directors, investors, and lenders.
- Qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA).
- Experience of working in an SME environment.
- Ideally some knowledge of the Logistics Industry.
- Able to work closely with both Financial and Non-Financial stakeholders.
