- Qualified accountant or qualified by experience (AAT, ACA, ACCA, or equivalent) with a proven track record.
- Extensive experience in client management within a chartered accountancy practice.
- Expertise in working with clients, understanding their unique challenges.
- Strong technical accounting skills and proficiency in relevant software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building rapport.
- Exceptional organisational skills, able to juggle multiple priorities effectively.
