Job Title: Training & Recruitment Team Leader

Location: Dover, Kent

Hours: 35 hours per week, no evenings, or weekends

In this supportive role, you'll be at the forefront of training new staff and providing ongoing coaching to ensure excellence in service delivery. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and have a knack for creating engaging training materials, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Your key responsibilities would be:

  • Collaborate with the People & Culture team to attract and recruit the best talent for the contact centre.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive training schedules and materials to onboard new hires and upskill existing staff.
  • Ensure that all team members deliver exceptional service, meeting and exceeding quality benchmarks.
  • Build strong partnerships with approved employment agencies, colleges, and universities for recruitment and training initiatives.
  • Track trends in adviser queries and adjust training programmes to fill knowledge gaps.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and client service excellence.

You'll be the perfect candidate for this role if you have the following skills and experience:

  • Demonstrable experience in training and supporting staff in high-pressure environments.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to simplify complex information.
  • Proven ability to motivate and inspire teams to deliver high standards of service.
  • Experience in conducting training sessions both remotely and in-person.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
