This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, efficient, and ready to handle responsibilities in a dynamic office environment. The Accounts Administrator will support various accounting functions, including ledger maintenance, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
Accounts Administrator Day-to-day of the role:- Perform daily accounts and record keeping functions.
- Assist in the processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Manage invoice submissions and expense reports.
- Reconcile accounts and prepare reconciliation reports.
- Assist with the preparation of monthly financial reports.
- Support the finance department during monthly closings.
- Provide administrative support to the finance team.
- Proven experience as an Accounts Administrator or similar role.
- Strong understanding of basic accounts and accounting payable/receivable principles.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- The ideal candidate would need to show experience obtained from a similar role, be in commutable distance to our client in Dover, and be available to start work immediately.
