- A strong business development background with proven revenue growth achievements
- Established relationships within the industry, particularly with supermarkets, importers, and growers
- Deep knowledge of international trade, refrigerated supply chains, and freight logistics
- Strong negotiation, stakeholder engagement, and commercial acumen
- Experience in marketing, contract negotiation, and financial management (P&L responsibility)
- Excellent public speaking skills to represent the business at industry events
